Balcatta Volleyball Club's
Governance Registrations
At Balcatta Volleyball Club, we are registered with both KidSport and Good Sports organisations to ensure that our community has access to a safe and inclusive environment to play the wonderful sport of volleyball.
KidSport
As a KidSport provider, our club is recognised for providing a safe and friendly space for all young children aged between 5 and 18 to become involved in volleyball activities within a supportive environment.
To be an eligible KidSport club, a club needs to deliver a recognised sport and be either a community sport club, incorporated organisation, business, school or Parents and Citizens Association that meet the mandatory criteria. Thus, we are proud to announce that we have passed such criteria and can provide such fun opportunities for the youth of our community.
Eligible children in Western Australia can receive up to $150 per calendar year to cover the costs of joining any approved KidSport club.

Good Sports
The Good Sports program supports and inspires community sporting clubs to set up a better environment for players, volunteers, supporters and officials, helping tackle tricky topics such as alcohol, drugs, smoking, mental health and safe transport.
Designed for busy sports clubs, Good Sports takes the guesswork out of complying with legal requirements and gives you the upper hand when it comes to attracting funding, new members and volunteers.
As a Good Sports provider, we endeavour to create a space that enables all players of our community to feel comfortable and safe at all times.
